Flying a consignment out of Dubai is the easy half. What decides whether your receiver is happy is the last stretch: which airport it lands at, how far the delivery address sits from that terminal, and whether someone is ready to accept it. Our air freight service from Dubai is built around that arrival picture — we plan the destination leg first, then book the flight to fit it.
Two Dubai airports, two different advantages
Dubai International (DXB) offers the densest flight schedule in the region — ideal when your shipment must ride the next departure to Riyadh, Doha, or Mumbai. Al Maktoum International (DWC) handles the big freighters and suits outsize or heavy pieces that will not fit a passenger aircraft's lower deck.
We choose between them shipment by shipment. A 40 kg box of spare parts for a Kuwait workshop flies belly-hold from DXB tonight; a 2.4-metre crated machine bound for Jeddah goes on a DWC freighter where the door aperture allows it. You do not need to know the difference — just tell us the dimensions and where it is going.
Where is it landing? The arrival city shapes the plan
Delivery conditions vary enormously between destinations. In Riyadh, commercial addresses in the Al Sulay and As Sinaiyah industrial zones accept trucks all day, while offices in the King Abdullah Financial District have booking-only loading docks. Kuwait City deliveries to Shuwaikh Industrial move quickly; residential drops in Salmiya need a smaller vehicle and a phone call ahead.
Before we book uplift, we confirm three things with your receiver: the exact district, the access situation (dock, street-level, stairs), and who will sign. That conversation happens on WhatsApp in whatever language your consignee prefers, and it is why our airport-to-door handovers rarely bounce.
Receiver coordination, done for you
Once the airline accepts the cargo, the clock is short — count on 1–2 working days in the air. We use that window to prepare the arrival: sharing the airway bill with the destination agent, confirming clearance requirements, and agreeing a delivery slot with the consignee so the goods leave the terminal instead of sitting in it.
District-level delivery planning
We check the receiving address before booking — industrial zone, mall, office tower, or villa — and match the vehicle to it.
Consignee contact before arrival
Your receiver gets the flight details and a delivery window in advance, so nobody is surprised by a truck at the gate.
Terminal-to-door follow-through
Airport clearance, terminal collection, and final-mile transport handled by our agent in the arrival city.
What flies well from Dubai
Air suits consignments where speed or value outweighs weight. From our pickups across the UAE, the recurring air movers are urgent machine spares heading to Gulf plants, e-commerce restocks for Saudi sellers, exhibition materials on fixed event dates, pharmaceutical samples, and personal effects a traveller could not fit in their luggage.
Chargeable weight is the key concept: airlines bill the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. Ten kilograms of pillows can cost more to fly than thirty kilograms of tools. We calculate both figures at pickup so the quote you approve is the amount invoiced.
Preparing your consignment for acceptance
Airlines screen everything, and a rejected piece misses its flight. Getting the packing and declarations right the first time protects your schedule.
- Double-wall cartons or crates; no loose or strapped-together bundles
- Battery items declared up front — lithium content changes the booking class
- No aerosols, flammables, or magnets without dangerous-goods paperwork
- Each piece labelled with the receiver's name, phone, and district
- An invoice or value declaration for customs at both ends
- Fragile contents cushioned on all six sides, not just the top
Practical tip: photograph every carton with its label visible before handover. If a piece is delayed in a transit hub, that photo lets the airline trace it by appearance in hours rather than days.
Booking steps and payment
The process is deliberately short. Message us the cargo details and destination address, receive a quote based on chargeable weight, and confirm. We collect from your location anywhere in the UAE — Deira, Jebel Ali, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi — weigh and re-measure at our facility, and tender to the airline. Payment can be settled at booking or on collection, by transfer or card, and a receipt follows on WhatsApp.
| Step | Action | Typical timing |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Share details and receive your quote | Within a few hours |
| 2 | Pickup and re-weigh at our facility | Same or next day |
| 3 | Airline acceptance and screening | Day of tender |
| 4 | Flight and arrival clearance | 1–2 working days |
| 5 | Door delivery in the arrival city | On the agreed slot |
Weekends, holidays, and cut-off times
Aircraft fly seven days a week, but ground services do not. Saudi clearance offices slow down on Fridays; UAE public holidays compress pickup capacity; Eid weeks fill freighter space early. If your deadline lands near a holiday on either side of the route, tell us — we will pull the booking forward a day rather than gamble on a queue at the arrival terminal.
Evening cut-offs matter too. Cargo tendered at DXB before the afternoon deadline usually makes that night's departures; anything later rolls to the next day. When a shipment is genuinely urgent, our team will tell you honestly which flight it can still make.

"A compressor bearing grounded our line in Dammam on Tuesday. They had it flown out of DXB that evening and on our maintenance bench Thursday morning. The downtime maths speaks for itself."
Plant maintenance engineer, Dammam"I restock my Riyadh storefront with small batches from Dragon Mart. They handle the volumetric weighing honestly and their man in Riyadh always calls my warehouse before showing up."
Online seller, Al Sulay, Riyadh"Our exhibition stand had to reach Doha before the event build-up day. They flagged the Friday clearance slowdown and moved uplift forward — everything was on site with a day to spare."

Do flights and deliveries run on weekends and holidays?
Flights operate daily, but clearance offices and receiving businesses often close on Fridays in Saudi Arabia and during Eid on both sides. We plan around these gaps by advancing the booking or agreeing a Saturday-onward delivery slot, so your consignment never sits at a terminal accruing storage.
Can I send a single carton or a partial shipment by air?
Yes. There is no minimum consignment size — one 10 kg box travels under its own airway bill. Small pieces are often consolidated onto the same flight as other cargo, which keeps the per-kilo rate reasonable while your box still gets individual tracking and door delivery.
How do booking and payment work?
Message us on WhatsApp with weight, dimensions, contents, and the delivery address. You receive a quote based on chargeable weight, confirm it, and we schedule pickup anywhere in the UAE. Payment is by transfer or card, at booking or collection, with a receipt sent immediately.
How fast will my shipment arrive?
Expect 1–2 working days in the air once the airline accepts the cargo. Add the pickup day and screening at origin, plus clearance and the agreed delivery slot at destination. For most GCC routes, door-to-door within three to four days is a realistic overall plan.
What packing does air cargo require?
Rigid double-wall cartons or wooden crates, internal cushioning on every side, and clear labels with the receiver's phone number. Batteries, liquids, and pressurised items must be declared before booking because they change the acceptance class. We can repack or crate goods at our facility if needed.
