How Tracking Works at Star Shipping Global
Every booking receives a unique reference when the cargo is collected. Our operations team updates that reference at each milestone: pickup completed, departed Dubai, border clearance in progress, cleared customs, out for delivery, and delivered. The tracker above reads those updates directly, so what you see matches what our coordinators see.
Road shipments to Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC typically show four to six status events between collection and handover. Air shipments move faster and may jump from departure to arrival within a day. If a status has not changed for more than 48 hours, it usually means the consignment is queued at the border or awaiting a receiver confirmation — message us and we will chase it immediately.
