Very little, if you choose door-to-door: they present ID, take a call from the delivery driver, and sign. If customs raises a query, they may need to confirm contents or settle destination duties. For port or terminal delivery instead, the receiver arranges their own clearance and collection — which is why we recommend door service for first-time consignees.
How do I book, and when do I pay?
Send your cargo details through the form or WhatsApp and you will receive compared options with prices. Confirm one, and we schedule collection from Dragon Mart or your cluster. Payment falls due at pickup — cash, card or transfer — with account arrangements available for traders shipping on a regular cycle.
How long will my goods take to arrive?
Road consignments to GCC cities generally deliver in three to seven working days, with the exact landing date shaped by border volumes and the destination's distance from the main corridor. Air shipments compress that to a few days. Your quote states the expected window for the specific option you choose.
Do Dragon Mart goods need special packing?
Often, yes. Shop packaging is retail packaging — it survives a car boot, not a thousand kilometres of highway. We repack ceramics, lighting and glassware into cushioned export cartons, band furniture flat-packs together, and palletise bulk cartons for stacking. Repacking is quoted upfront, never sprung on you afterwards.
Can I follow the shipment after pickup?
